Elisa Arca

(Lima, 1975). Writer, curator and entrepreneur in culture, new media and technology. He studied Biology and is a graduate in Applied Mathematics from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (Lima). He holds a Master’s and a PhD in Information and Innovation Systems from the London School of Economics. He is the founder of Alta Tecnología Andina (ATA) (www.ata.org.pe), dedicated to developing art, science and technology projects in Latin America. He has curated major international art and technology exhibitions. He is a member of the Consultation Committee of the Ministry of Culture and of the Editorial Committee of the Leonardo Series, art, science and technology books published by MIT Press (USA).
